Midwest Title & Escrow, LLC is a Full Service Title Insurance and Escrow Closing Company.
Midwest Title opened in 2009. It was founded by Anna Ewers and Betsy Lock, both lifelong residents of this community.
We specialize in residential title and closing services in the Central Missouri area, though we are licensed to provide title services statewide. Our staff is comprised of a group of title experts with backgrounds in real estate sales, mortgage lending and banking. This wealth of knowledge allows us to provide our clients with the highest level of service and provide creative solutions to problems that can arise during the closing process.
